There does not seem to be, unless I'm not seeing something or there is some sort of secret key stroke I'm not aware of.

I read the only way to delete movies is from the iPod itself. This seems likely to be ready for a fix as it is somewhat counterproductive (plus I would naturally think they would be re-loaded to my Touch during the next sync since they are imported to the iTunes program anyway - do I NOW need to manually select not to import these movies from now on - a PITA), now that you can arrange your apps (as well as delete) from within iTunes.
