That was, btw, the original purpose of the drug - it just turned out that the side effect was more marketable.
Where is your link? I provided a quote where it's use as a blood thinner is questioned (complete with reasoning behind it.
They ended up with a great boner pill but "Viagra and other medications indicated for ED are not "blood thinners" in the exact sense of the term."
All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one Pepsi, and she wouldn't give it to me.

Viagra is a vasodilator, not a blood thinner. The term "blood thinner," though a bit of a misnomer, refers to a medication that affects the clotting cascade.
Viagra does not work by affecting your blood's ability to clot, but rather by making the pipes bigger, uh, so to speak...
