missing incoming mail in Entourage
Why doesn't all my incoming mail show up in my Entourage mailbox? I can sometimes find it using Spotlight, but that doesn't always work either. sometimes I try going to me.com/mail on the web, but that search isn't always adequate. any clues?

Even tho I stopped using Entourage a few years ago, I still have some diagnostic ideas and questions.
First, which OS X version are you using ? And which version of Entourage ?
What happens if you use OS X Mail instead ?
For any and all emails which don't appear, make a note of those emails. Try viewing those "lost" emails with "long headers" or "raw source". Copy those emails to another email account. It might be that there is some characteristic about the emails which is finding an obscure bug.
Also, I would file a bug report with Apple if the situation is not resolved. I would do this by calling Applecare and/or here http://www.apple.com/feedback/macosx.html and/or contacting Microsoft Tech Support / Mac Division.
