Getchyer FREE Snuggies here!
http://dealnews.com/How-to-get-a-Snuggi … 27336.html
Suzzly.com continues to offer a free Snuggie Blanket when you fill out a short survey. With free shipping, it's tied with our mention from ten days ago as the best offer we've seen from Suzzly.com, a market research company. Note that you may be called for a short feedback session about the blanket once you've received it. It may take up to six weeks to arrive.
Note: This first time I signed up for this, I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. My friend had the same experience. If that happens to you, keep trying until you get the confirmation e-mail!
I'm guessing this will result in more junk mail and telemarketers, but hey, it's a free Snuggie!

I always knew you'd join a cult. It may as well be the Snuggie cult.
I wonder how the inventor of the Slanket feels about Snuggie's prevalent success.
There's what you love to do, and then there's what you get paid to do. Those two things are often different.

Damn, it looks like the Snuggie people done ripped him off!
Say, do you think it's cool to go around wearing a Snuggie with nothing underneath?

I just assumed thats why one would wear a snuggie in the first place.

Does a Snuggie have a back to it?
If not, folks would be in for a surprise if you went around with only a Snuggie on.

On Real Time with Bill Maher he and his writers came up with the naturally eventual symbiosis: Snuggies and Shamwow. Of course one of the many uses was to enable the user to bypass those calls of nature in case something was happening on his TV--trips to the bathroom are no more!

Re: Getchyer FREE Snuggies here!
While waiting for that, I went a-Googlin'...
From TwistedBranches.com:
I just called Suzzly at the number listed on their website and no one answered, and after listening to their recorded announcement, at the very end it says "to enter your K7 security code press 4" which lets me know that they are using none other than the "Free K7 Phone Service" which is the same service I recommend in the article I wrote on "Guide to Making the Life of a Freebie Junkie Easier" which is posted in our "Freebies" forum.
Here is the link to their "Contact Page" and it is right at the bottom if you want to check it out for yourself:

I really don't feel very confident about receiving a "Free Offer" from an organization that makes a claim like this and instead of paying a reputable telephone company a monthly bill, uses a "Free Telephone Service" to handle all their important business calls?
I hope I am wrong and everyone receives their Snuggie Blankets. I never did receive an email confirmation, but I did sign up thinking it was a legitimate offer at first. I will go ahead and leave it in this forum with a warning, but I do have my strong reservations on this offer.
Also:
Well, I should have stuck to my first instincts, because they were right on with this website. Here are some more facts for you regarding suzzly.com. They are registered under the company name of Whois Proof LLP out of Portland, Oregon when in fact, they are actually based in Berlin Germany. Whois Proof advertises "Protect your domain Whois information and keep it private with our whois privacy and anonymous private domain registration service" so this was a perfect fit for an outfit like suzzly.com. They just updated this website on October 14, 2009, too!
That sounds about right considering everything else I found out about them and we can just imagine what they will do with our personal information now! Sorry it took me so long to get my act together but I have been so busy taking care of my parents that I haven't had much computer time except when I am pretty much exhausted in the evening and the wee hours of the morning, and it makes it hard to concentrate when you are so tired.
My apologies for not sending this one straight to this forum to start with.
From FreeSampleMomma.com:
*Possible* Phishing Scam: Snuggie
There is a website offering a free Snuggie swirling around and I just don’t have a good feeling about it. My gut tells me this isn’t legit BUT you guys can decide for yourself and as always, if you do receive the freebie, let me know and I will update this. Thanks all!

10-28-09 Wow, so much controversy surrounding this alleged freebie - forums around the net are blowing up with people saying it’s legit, others saying it’s not, etc. Guess I just need to sit back and watch this one unfold……..
UPDATE: Thanks to my reader Sharon for informing me that they ask for a phone number and WILL call you to try and sell you other items under the guise of answering a survey. They will not send you the snuggie unless you give them a valid phone number and then sit through 20 minutes of marketing spiel. BUT this is up to you decide
Additionally:

well what i was told by my friend is she had to give a working phone#, and a sales person called her to do a 20 min survey and tryed to sell her other things, she said dont do this freebie, unless you want a call. they wont ship it if they dont call you first
OK SORRY HERE IS THE LATEST SHE GOT FOR THIS ITEM
© 2005-2009 Suzzly.com featuring AsSeenOnTV products. All Rights Reserved.
This offer is available to both the United States and Canada. Hawaii and Alaska excepted.
This offer is completely free, with no charge for Processing, Shipping or Handling.
Please ensure that you enter a valid phone number. You will be contacted via phone by one
of our representatives to conduct a brief survey. Learn more.
From Spoofee.com:
(my emphasis)
We may attempt to reach you via telephone to conduct a brief survey, discussing your thoughts on the product received. Our phone call will be placed shortly after receiving the product or sample, and should last no more than 15 minutes. Our call will be placed between 10AM and 5PM, Monday to Saturday. If we do not receive an answer from our first call, we will wait a few days and attempt a second. We will place a maximum of 3 calls, at which point we may contact you via email asking that you phone our offices. While this phone call is not mandatory, it fuels our promotions and helps us continue to offer free products and samples. It is for everyone's benefit that you take our brief survey.
We will also collect data on whether the product is made of sturdy materials, is exactly as advertised, and contains no flaws and is in perfect running condition. This information is used to assess the worthiness of a product, and may be sent directly to the manufacturer.
That last paragraph sounds like bullsmurf to me, but the one before it is promising. Telemarketers and straight-up scammers usually aren't so particular about precisely when, or whether, they're going to call.
