This is from the Lucky supermarket on Sloat Blvd in SF.
I'm so busy wondering why a locked liquor cabinet is under audio surveillance that I don't even have time to ponder the unnecessary quotation marks.

They're checking to see if someone is overheard complaining about the prices. Any complaints heard, "No liquor for you! One year...NEXT!" Hey, this could've worked for the Soup Nazi.
