Help me run F@H as a service on XP

Okay, I'm weak with Windows.  Can someone help me to run folding as a service in the background and at startup on Windows XP?

The Windows machine I use, I just run normally.....I think there's a section at the folding community forum that lays it out.

I found these instructions.  So, I think it's working now.

Yep. That's the way to do it.

I also now have cmd files set up to run the "sc" command (service control), which lets me start, stop, pause, or check on the status of all my clients with one double-click. Another command file I have which I edit with new fllename info for client upgrades. Double-click to stop clients. Double-click to copy new client version over (unlimited #. Mine does 50+ right now). A third double-click restarts them all.

Windoze may be the debil, but command-line is great. I'm glad OS X has it under there.
