I always find the worst areas for keeping and maintaining Levels is 7-10 and levels 12-14.  7-10 is harsh because Blizzard will team you as the high rank with utter newbs With you!  12-14 is hard because there are usually 2 of you on the team who are good(4 vs 4)  and the other 2 are mediocre, whereas the other team can be a mismatch of either 3 to all 4 being excellent players to 1 good player, 3 Almost as good players...just randomness...bah!

So basically what you are saying is that you hate playing when you are around level 10 because you get stuck with crappier players, but like it when you are around 13 cause you get paired with higher levels?

I wonder what the 18 level players are saying about getting stuck with the crappy level 13 players.

That pretty much sums it up, however...
I think hate is a little too strong a word , I have friends that I play with that are under level 10 but at least i know what they are capbable of, and I know how to play with them. I have one friend that only gets to level 10 then makes a new account, but he is still good. I guess I meant I dont like getting paired with people who may be not so good at the game. Another example: I got into a game once and I had to beg and plead with the guy/girl to not build 3 lumber mills. That was all he/she built in oh like the first 10 minuts. We wound up losing... But I suppose that that is how people learn and I was one of those guys once too! You may be right on the really high level guys and what they think of us people in the low teens for level.

today, every game i played had no one other than me on my team higher than 8 (mostly 7-4) and no one on the other team lower than 7 (mostly 8-10). lost every game i played.

idiots don't talk, or say they want to rush and build a MK and 3 footies.

or, the best one so far, "i'm not building any units. just heros. i'm trying something different." from a level 4! aaaagh!

made me want to backstab them, and you know my opinion on that....

and why are they on my team?

90 food of moonwells, no units other than wisps and a DH, and he's kvetching at our orc teammate (who's actually fighting while i tech) for using his wells. aaaaaah! so the orc attacks the kvetcher, the kvetcher quits, and we all lose. aaaaah!  :!:

I was once a level 11 player...for like two games!  I got paired with a couple of Noobs and almost immediately dropped down to level 9...all in one night!  I haven't had that many bad partners consecutively since, but I have come close!

I often get guys telling me how much the other team sucks and telling me to hurry up and "build" this or that, only to discover they have 5 units and no defense at all.  We get scorched, I drop a level.

Now I am hovering around at level 9.  I am not the best player, but I don't suck.  With a decent partner, I usually win.  My biggest problem is playing against undead (I play NE).  I guess I am destined to stay below level 12 forever......

can we set a time sometime to show me how to play, thats kinda the reason i joined...so i would have some one help me learn the game
