No kernel panics, just freezes - 10.2.5
I have been having repeated freezings while using jaguar. I have always had fairly random kernel panics in 10.2 but they have not been very frequent, so i lived with it. This is unusable however. I just installed 10.2.0 on my hard drive and did the combo update, not from the software update but I downloaded it from the site (the software update one caused a kernel panic while trying to update). Does anyone have this problem? I have ample ram, 640, so that's probably not the problem. Thank you in advance for any help.
It seems that as the OS X matures, there are more and more problems with it. I NEVER had ANY problem with the Public Beta, but since the GM release, i have been having them... I'm almost tempted to install the PB again.... please help me, don't make me resort to this!

I know there are bugs with USB, and the IOKernal.plist file, but where did Apple announce it?

I'm still trying to figure out if you're a girl posing as Macboy4139, or a boy posing as a girl, and a bit confused sexually. <shrug> laughinol
