all others are below, very simple, and rank only matters off of BNET really, especially since our king is in command the way the Army chooses officers, straight form the academy.  If we did it like the Marines, who are tkaen in after proving themselves n the battlefield, Christo would porlly be in charge, but then again it would have been decided back in the day.  SO that means it would be Wang on top, Saiha and Prophet (that was his name right? no but it started with a P I know that.)  and then me.  Groid certainly woul be a formidable ally if he could practice,  but due to unfortunate circumstances our leader is but a man on a cushiony throne.  One more thing, when did I ever go on a powertrip?

I think maybe now that there are more members...perhaps a change in your simple hierarchy are possibly subject to a few changes...heh

I totally and completly agree. I kinda like that marines kinda look, but I think groid and Wang do an excellent job. And Tsunami here would be higher than me if we did battle field proving. But I think some change is in order, but I think I may be officer, not infantry material... that is, if we do the whole battle test thing.

I'm not prowling for officers posistion, but I won't be taking orders from someone who has no reason to be above me...

I guess, I just think the same way. I didn't mean to sound like I was prowling...

Since the leadership thing seems to be alittle ambiguous...let me help to explain.

I asked Phaedrus (Clan Leader) if we could start a WC3 division for MA before the game came out.  He agreed that the clan could benefit from one.  I suggested that I could lead it in the begining to get things going and he deemed it a good idea.  I am very involved in most aspects of the clan.  He pointed out to me that Blak was VERY interested in being involved.  I decided to follow the UT Divisions leadership hierachrcy and add lieutenants.  I asked Blak and Wang. 

Now...to me...there are no rankings of leadership.  It is silly to think that you actually hold some sort of power and command over internet gaming.  Basically asking them to be Lt's meant that I would go to them with things I wanted them to do for the division instead of just asking everyone.  An online gaming leader basically organizes so the others can have fun playing.

THE BIG ISSUE:  This all started back in July and we had lot's of fun.  I did not know that when school started it would mean the end of connecting to BNET for me.  My hope was that all of you would be able to just play the game without me having  to actually play.  I would answer questions and help organize stuff.

As I said when I took the position, I didn't want it forever.  I asked Wang if he wanted to do it cause he is level headed, makes smart decisions, and is who I know the most. Him and I are generally on the same page.  I am still here though as a moderator and Clan officer.

Do I think new leadership is needed?  Not a much as a new view on what leadership really means to the division.  Maybe it is because I am older than most of you, but I believe that you all can function by yourselves without a leader telling you what to do all the time.  You wanna play...go play.  You wanna have a tourney....just ask.  If you look around at who the Clan Leaders are they are the people who initiated and did alot of stuff.  They are usually the people who don't mind wasting hours on trivial gaming issues for teh enjoyment of others.  Most of the time, being a leader here is a time consuming rarely rewarding experience.

Anyway.....

There are a few things I'd like to address.  There will be no more Lt's in here unless/untill we need them.  Blak, this is nothing personal but the division is too small to warrant the position.  Wang will continue to be the go to guy on BNET and in here.  I will continue to be here as well doing what I feel is best.

To recap:  No more Lt's, everyone can be a "leader", and get involved.

Thats lame, you should be able to call them whatever you want..orcs suck...I don't want to be a grunt.

Chief assassin...or head hunter...or Even Plain ol Soldier would be better than "grunt"  it eeks of low intelligence!
