I just want to make sure I'm understanding what a lot of people have been saying.
We should change our healthy diets to fit an unhealthy lifestyle rather than changing our unhealthy lifestyles lifestyles to fit a healthy diet?

Right. That's what we've been taught in school since we were kids. Someone broke their leg walking down the new set of stairs that were installed? Block the stairs off, no one can use them! Kids wearing sex bracelets? Take the bracelets away!
