My Server
Hey everyone!
Tomorrow I'm going to be helping at a garage sale, throughout most of the day. Depending on various circumstances, I probably will start up a Jedi Knight 2 server for a day, with dedicated serving. If this goes through, all fellow Macaddicts are welcome to play! What I need is a couple of questions answered:
Game type (CTF, CTY, FFA, TFFA, Holo, JM, Duel)
Max players (Probably will be 6, which is best for my connection)
Time Limit (In minutes)
Kill Limit
Friendly Fire (on, off)
Lightsaber Only
Force Mastery Level (Initiate, Padawan, Jedi, Jedi Adept, Jedi Guardian, Jedi Knight, Jedi Master)
Disable Force
Even Teams (Auto team balance)
Minimum players (Server will add bots until this number of players is set)
Auto Map Cycle (On most likely)
Voting (Probably will be on)
Bot skill level
Password (Do we need one?)
Friendly Saber
Auto Join
Pure Server (ON!)
Auto Download (Let clients download required maps/mods)
Saber Lock
Max Ping (Currently set to 600)
If you have anymore suggestions, please reply ASAP!

Saber Lock No preference
Max Ping (Currently set to 600) Maybe 400 to keep lagging down

Hey, cool. The suggestions so far I'd go along with. Whatever you like, can't complain when someone's setting up a server for others to use. Use NAG's p/w if you think we need one, I guess it can't hurt. I'll try to make on that server throughout the day. What times do you think it'll be open?

Has anyone gotten onto the server? I tried just now but JKII couldn't find the connection.

Yeah, I was playing with the bots for a while but then got kicked because I didn't have the Dash skin.
I was waiting for a few of y'all, but no one showed up. 
But from having been in and out on #ma-jk2 all day, it's just been a series of mistimings so far.

The server is down now. I hope everyone who played had a good time. From reading the logs, NAG, NC, and bird were the players who joined, but never during the same times. Maybe next time we can coordinate this better.

my parents woke me up to go to our cabin at 6 this morning (where we have a computer, but no JKII), and we havent left yet, so I wasnt able to make it :[
even if I did have JKII on the computer, this machine is really on the bottom end of the requirements, and seeing as how the closest city is 30 miles away, the best net connection i can get is 36k

I stopped by IRC in the afternoon but everyone seemed to be away. I got on 2 times, played bots for a bit then decided to go to Recon servers since no one was coming. I was actually on when the server was turned off earlier today I think.

ive been busy throwing graduation parties for myself lately, so i couldnt show. boo-hoo.
im gonna be pretty busy the next week, but i might be around form time to time. i usually hang out in GR, but if anyone posts their server, ill join it. from june 12 to july 13 i wont get to play at all, though. ill be in mexico. another boohoo . anyway, i hope to see some of you around sooner than later.
