"Most wanted computer criminal in U.S. history" ne
Moof!
Actually, his girlfriend needs us.
Rather, his girlfriend needs real-life perspectives from folks who have used top-of-the-line iBooks and TiBooks.
She had originally fallen for the TiBook but after handling an iBook it seems as if she'd be willing to make due with the slower G3 system.
Check out her blog for today and respond.
Help her make the switch!

Moof!
Interesting... my BBCode only shows up in Preview mode but not in the actual post.
I'll take another look at it now that I'm home...
... standby...

Yah, Sneakers. Loved that flick too.
Best line in the whole film belongs to James Earl Jones' character at the end. One of the Sneakers asks for world peace and Jones says "We're the Government. We don't do that."

Re: "Most wanted computer criminal in U.S. history" ne
Did they fix the AirPort range problem with the newer TiBooks? I'm getting terrible signal strength with my revA PBTi, as compared to my wife's revA iBook, now that I have a house to walk around in as opposed to an apartment.
Anyway, I'm glad OS X and Macs are finally getting props from the <sarcasm:mild>discerning hacker crowd</sarcasm:mild>. BTW, she's getting your IPs off the blog, so you know, ummm,

Don't all web servers get your IP when you visit them? I duno about yours, but my copy of apache has this access_log file....
There are no stupid questions, but there are a LOT of inquisitive idiots.

Yes, Garry, web servers log IPs. I was playing along with the "Sneakers" Hollywood/TV hacker theme that's trailing this threade; you know, like Kevin Mitnick's GF would be maliciously hosting a site simply to grab IPs so as to hack into everyone's . . . oh, you get the picture.
Happy New Year!
