SoundSticks & USB Card??

Hi.

I'm trying to use my SoundSticks with a Power Mac 7500/100. It's got 56 MB memory and 2GB hard disk. I'm running OS 9.1 and have all of the USB extensions enabled.

I bought a Belkin USB 1.1 card that has two ports. It said on the box that it will work with OS 8.6 and later on macintosh computers. When I plug it into a PCI slot, Apple System Profiler recognizes it, but can't tell the manufacturer or type of card.

Also, the SoundSticks are not showing up in the Sound control panel. On the box it says that a G3 350 or later, any iMac, any iBook, and any G4 is required. I assumed that it was because they had USB. Anyways, can you all help?

Thank you!
