And it locked up my computer. I'd go into the legality of it, but I wouldn't waste my time.

It didn't lock up my machine. However it threw out new windows faster than I could close them. 
I had to quit my browser (MSIE 5.2) I'm very glad no commercial sites use that. I'd have to do something evil to them. How about an edit to your post Frostbite? Tell everybody what that thing does at least.

I don't know what's funnier: what the site does, or the fact that Frosty is pimpin' a WWE site (Wrasslin', for those who are more cultured than that). 
BS: did it really lock up your Mac? Or did you just not close the window (via keyboard shortcut).
Kirk: that's why I LOVE Mozilla. I just uncheck the "open unrequested windows" option in the prefs, and I don't have to deal with the runaway popups/popunders.

That page did some nasty stuff to my PC at work. I had to kill IE from the task manager to get rid of it.

thats why i have the internet explorer prefs in my toolbar... turn off javascript for a sec, kill all irritating windows, turn back on javascript....

Hmmmm, I honestly didnt know anything about the pop-ups. I use Mozilla on a PC and it simply moves the window around like crazy. I apologize if it offended anyone. I got taken by the joke and laughed my butt off
