Just got called a lamer on our own JKII server a few mins ago .

:beginning lil rant:

Guy was nice in the beginning, showed me a few new moves. But then when we started dueling .

He made it an issue to say that he was a dirty player before starting. Now when playing him he only used force push and pull a lot to knock you to the floor so you would get damaged. So I guess that was kinda dirty.

So I decided, ok...these are the type of guys I practice throw/drain tactics for. So he took offense at me draining him. At first it was stop it with a lol. Then it started getting vicious. He started taking offense to everything I did.

Now mind you, this guy had a 50 ping while im at 230. I knew his abilities from the time he was showing me moves, so why he thought I was not gonna drain him after getting pushed off is beyond me. I aint friggin stupid. I know hes faster, i know hes probably got a big time gaming rig, and I know he has more moves learned than I do. He knows this, I try to explain it. He just laughs about it saying he does the same which is total BS, then goes on with the fight.

Then he starts talking about his fighting honorably. Ok you can either fight dirty or fight honorably...there aint no mushy inbetween .

I do what I do to survive and ive been doing it since UT days. The longer I stay in the fight, the more dangerous I tend to get. Call it sneaky, call it underhanded, call it whatever, whine that its lame, but I know my limits. Im not gonna give someone with any slight advantage an easy win.

Ok i'd just like to apologize to anyone that ive gotten ticked at me when dueling/etc due to the tactics I employ. I do not use them to get you mad at me. I use them to stand a chance against many of the drifters we get on the server that are intent upon using similar if not more advanced methods against me. Most are broadband so I gotta find ways to improvise with only 56k. I just need to practice them at times.

If you dont like certain things being used then just ask me politely before the fight starts and I will try my best not to use them.

I did it for another 56ker (not of MA) last night who came on and asked politely before the fight if I would agree to duel to his terms which was sabers only, no force. I agreed but stated I couldnt promise it 100% cause I tend to use some things at times even if i try not to. He understood. We had a few duels, I never used force, he never used it. In the end he thanked me for it and we left. No problem at all.

Now for ppl like that its good to have a public server but the majority so far have not been like that .

So you all know what I use and can then ask me what not to use before a fight, heres the list:

Force Jump: Max level
Force Push: Either Max or Medium, i forget now...not used often
Force Pull: Minimal and rarely used
Force Grip: Medium
Force Drain: Medium
Saber Attack: Max
Saber Defend: Max
Saber Throw: Max
