Ode to a Defective iPod
I felt like putting my anger into something resembling poetry:
Ode to a Defective iPod
Oh my defective iPod,
How I loved to take you from your box.
Your detachable (read: falls off) case jumping into my empty hand.
I put you together and charged you up
You loving case warming my hands
But soon you hurt me;
your loving warmth turned to heat,
Heat like the fires of the mountain thing in LOTR where they made that ring... or something
But alas, you hatred did not end there.
You chose to take from me that gift that made you great:
Your eternal bird-song of music now interrupted by silence
Well, **** you then
I'll dump your ass and buy a replacement for 5$ more than it would cost to fix you

ahhh, nothing like the sound of the whirring hard drive as you are trying to listen to music 
my poor ipod is all scratched now :'(
seriously though, when im using something that is on my ipod, i wont leave it laying flat on the desk because im afraid it would catch the papers on fire or something (and that also leaves the metal exposed to the air so it will cool off faster)

*Looks at the poetry from all angles* Bah, im no poet . Guess I shouldnt have been reading those AvP books in english class while they were doing the lessons on poetry 
. Oh well, I like writing stories better than poems.
