Server Mod Option...opinions needed
I ran across this mod while perusing JK2F.com. I think it's worth looking into. Please check it out and see what you think.
(I have more to add to this, but right now, my kids need me...I'll bb in a bit to follow up).

looks way cool. i'm up for dl'ing it when i get home, since it's so small. hopefully, we'll all be able to dl it eventually and put it on the server, but i guess everyone will have to agree that it's cool first. can you tell i'm thinking this through as i type it?

dude, i was just over at MTMs house, and i saw the remote admin for the ut server via the web browser, and i thought it was cool, it would be nice if we could do stuff like go and kick jerks and be all adminy with out being there in the game where the jerks can vote kick us out

We could run it on a trail period just to see how it sits with everyone. D/L isnt big at all so I say, lets give it a shot. Maybe have it on for a week then at the end of the week, vote to keep it or loose it.

Well, the mod isn't what I thought it would be. It's actually kind of annoying, so I took it out of my JK2 folder.

I was gonna make a post about admin mods specifically, but don't have time right now to go into it. I'll try later this weekend though.
Basically, we shold consider having the Jedi Academy or Vulcanus Admin mods on the server if possible. (They're server-side only and require no DL from players)
Research and discuss! (I'll troll up some info later, I promise)

I'll research them more, but I'm generally lukewarm to them at best.

I'm speaking of Admin Mods specifically, which should serve to make our admins lives' easier, and the server more enjoyable in general. Full-blown Mods/Conversions I'm not that interested in either. Well, unless they have one to turn me into a giant freakin' Grue! Rargh!!!!
