Rondo soda and Frusen Gladje. Those were the first two to spring to mind.

I miss Jello Pudding Pops. Everyone I know thinks they were gross, but I loved 'em.
They don't make those anymore? When did they stop?

i am suspicious those are gone as well....
since this is "frozen sucky thing" season, i was looking for those awhile ago. i had to get fudgsicle instead.
that has a pretty funky connotation, sucking on a frozen fudgsicle.
oh well.
i expect store brands to come and go... but i am getting tired of feeling like i am participating in perpetual market testing.

i also liked that dark-ass Millinium show that Fox had a few years back. they jerked that sucker off the air w/out even any sorta conclusion.
and i REALLY liked that Murder: Homicide Division, or whatever it was called... that cop show Michael Mann was doing on CBS before good 'ol Sizemore felt like hitting on his hooker.
had that cool Heat meats Miami Vice sorta vibe, which one would expect.
oh well. at least Alias and 24 give me something to watch...
pardon me, i must mourn for Puddin' Pops...

I miss the Fiesta gordita, and I miss the pico de gallo they're supposed to be putting on chicken soft tacos at the taco bell in the student union here. I feel like pointing to the sign, where it has a picture of the taco with tomatoes clearly in view and explaining "charge me less or I get you all fired"
I also happen to miss henry weinhard's root beer. They just don't sell it much further east than idaho.
So endeth the lurk, I guess.

Yeah... The boxes are as pretty as the Macs themselves... (well, the PB was. The iMac CRT ones were just dull. And heavy.)

I miss the Honda CRX Si.
Those little Honda's were pocket rockets!
The automotive press was amazed that they stopped making them too.
My buddy had an Si, and it was one of the best handling cars I have driven.
I miss TOPPS Wax Pack baseball cards with the cardboard gum. They used to be so cheap.
Now card collecting is ruined by a flood of expensive yet worthless cards from too many companies.

Re: stuff that is no longer available...
This is close to on topic, but for 2 years I missed SkyBar. But 2 weeks ago I went to this run down convenience store and found them (I am sure they were fresh
)and took one to the counter to buy. When I presented my find the clerk/owner bursted out "Where did you find that? In this store?"
My internal response was "No, I found it some other store, I am a reverse shoplifter. I like to go into stores, buy stuff, and then take that stuff into other stores and pay for it again"
But I politely showed him where I found it.
Their factory is on the other side of my town. I like most of their candy.

I miss that drink that came in a plastic bottle (shaped like a glass coke bottle) and you put that little pill-capsule thingy in it and it went crazy.
Yeah, I don't remember the name, but it was good. I once got a sugar rush from eating the capsule.

Those were called Orbits. They were little gelatinous spheres in a soda bottle filled with something like Sprite. I liked those too.

yea. one of the science teachers at my school has one bottle to demonstrate density(the soda and the jelly hav = density so the jelly just floats in the soda). i think its the last full bottle in existance.

Do you have Schwans where you are? They drive around in big yellow vans delivering their specialtly foods. They have something that you would swear is a Jello Pudding Pop.

I remember those! My mom bought a small case when we saw them at the store, though it took a lot of effort to eventually finish them all. They were'nt as fun to drink as we thought they'd be. Too much effort for children's small throats or something.
I miss LEGO sets that actually take some imagination and skill to assemble. It just seems like so many sets these days are made of a few large, hollow blocks that aren't useful for many other things.
