imac play at uproar.com, pogo.com and games.com?

I've a pc but I'll buy an imac powerpc soon.  I like playing the checkers yache at uproar.com, pogo.com and games.com  on my pc.
Can I play the games on the imac too?

Yes.  Even Safari, Apple's browser, can handle it.

I don't know about those 3  (it's been a while).  I'll try and check later, if nobody else comes thru.  ADD:  I see WavesLA was waded in.

However, Yahoo Games are pretty good:  reliable and varied.

Some of those other 3 may (or may not) use Windows technology such as (speculative / hypothesis) DirectX.  The Yahoo is only Javascript and Java, with a few cookies and pop-up ads.  (I can block evil pop-ups 99 % of the time and let good ones thru.  Not difficult at all.  When you get that Mac, I'll get show you how to do that very well.)
