network / with ONE monitor.?
- We expect delivery of another tower (G3) a few weeks ahead of its monitor.

Pretty much, if you mean to connect the monitor to one, configure all your settings, leave it running, diconnect the monitor, reconnect it to the other Mac, configure it, then connect in to the first Mac.
If your talking about both Macs using the monitor at once as seperate terminals, the closest you'd get is to either use a aelector switch, (which you'd most likely have to order or find on ebay), or just keep switching the monitor connection back and forth as you work between the two.
Just make sure that you set the Appletalk and Users configs in Control Panels and to turn FileSharing on. It'd be easier to give you a detail by detail list if I knew more of what you were looking for, what network your using, (appletalk, Ethernet, etc), and what you already have set up already.
