Airport -vs- Airport Extreme... compatibility
So are the two compatible? I have an Airport base station. But say i were to get my hands on a new G5, or anything with an Airport Extreme card, would it work with my old basestation? Conversely, would an Airport Extreme base station work with old Airport cards?
How, if at all, are these two compatible?

yes it will work fine, the only thing you will only get a 11mbps connection instead of the 54 you would get if the they were both airport extreme
