How is the 12" ibook screen as far as crisp, clean, cle
Getting ready yo buy.

BTW, I have a Dual gig mirror with 17 LCD, imac 800 LCD, so I dont need the screen realestate. I just want to know how is the sceen in general. I dont a have apple store near by...

Well, as far as laptop screen goes, it is pretty good! I will give it a B! You can not compare it to desktop based lcd panel which is much brighter/more vivid color! I guess it must have something to do with power issue!

its awesome, clean and super crisp and much brighter than other laptop lcd monitors ive seen.
Contrast-wise, its the same as other laptop lcd. (hey, its lcd, contrast is never great with them)

pcguy, why the hell are you on these boards when you have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING good to say about Macs?

I'll defend pcguy, in this one instance, and so we don't get a war going. He just said they were fine. They are pretty typical. I drool over them because they are apple. I've heard worse things said by him and others.
Also, every once in a while, he has an insight worth paying attention too. Sometimes he does not. Many people around here are goofier than pcguy, just not much.

I wasn't impressed with previous versions, but the 12" that I just got with 32Mb vRAM is incredibly clear at 1024x768.
