If you tickle yourself, you cannot make yourself laugh. I've read a scientific explanation for this, which made sense and then I immediately forgot about.

When you masturbate, (so I'm told) it's quite easy to acheive an ejaculation.  So why doesn't the mechanism that stops you from laughing when you tickle yourself, stop you from ejaculating when you have sex with yourself?

Laughter from tickling is completely unrelated to ejaculation. Certain stimulous can cause laughter
