First, I like the new layout better than the old, though there is still room for improvement.
I was quite happy to see that clicking on forums now takes you directly to the forums instead of that annoying info page and wherever else before you even try to log in.
Good job overall.

too blurry as a jpeg, gif will be smaller file size and so much cleaner. Other then that, looks 100% better!

It fills my window just fine. (I'm not quite as fortunate as you owners of those fancy new-fangled widescreen LCD displays!) If the page was wider to fit a wide screen, that would be a major pain to scroll left to right as well as up and down! Make your window fit the page instead of the other way around, then you can use your screen real estate for more than just one window! That's what I'd do if I was so lucky to have such a cool display...

They mean dynamically as in the way the forums do, i.e. no matter what size your window is the page fills it. Static is so '90s

Click the "Forum Topics" header; it takes you to the forum's index. Works for me.
