burning dvds

a friend of mine from band is going to be letting me borrow a dvd of our marching preformance at state championships (yeah, you know, that one where we won, and we all got medals and stuff, and we stood in a line infront of everyone while we got our medals put on us, and then we partied for a while,... yah, that preformance big_smile (check the link in my profile for pics of it big_smile)) and i was wondering if i could burn a copy of it (yeah, i have a super drive), how would i do that, could i do it on a regular cd (still in dvd  format) becuase it would be 10 mins max, could i also make it into a quicktime video? how much space would 6 mins of quick time be at... oh say...300X200 (min size) be? could i make a mp3 of just the sound? (if i could do that, id upload it and post a link, and you all could hear how 1337 we were big_smile)

anyways, thanks for any help anyone can provide smile

Re: burning dvds

You can get 20 minutes at 320X240 onto a regular CD in MPEG format.
