FGood Flash instruction book for beginners?

I'm a new Flash user and I am looking for a good Flash book to use to learn the program. Can anyone recommend one as there is quite a few to choose from and I know some are more geared towards advanced users?

Cheers,
David tongue

Sam's Teach Yourself Flash in 24 Hours is pretty good, despite the cheesey name. It has well thoughtout chapters and easy to follow lessons that'll teach you how to find your way around the program and how to do all the basics.

And don't forget places like Flashkit
http://www.flashkit.com/

If you look at the bottom of the page they also offer links to other places like them.

Lynda weinman’s HOT (hands on training) for Flash MX.  Awesome book to learn from scratch.
