I want to put a 1 minute movie on the web at the 240x180 size. I will settle for medium quality of the playback for the goal of 1) having the smallest size of the download possible and 2) being able to stream to so that a person doesn't need to download the whole movie to watch, kind of like the trailers on the apple web site for hollywood movies.

I lost with the differences between mpeg4, sorenson, h.263 and key frame rate and frame rate.

I would appreciate any response.
