UT2K3 Total Conversions

Are there any good ones? .... that work on Mac? .... that have a somewhat-real base? .... Perhaps a WWII mod?

Thanks!

Re: UT2K3 Total Conversions

Well, it's not really a conversion, but THIS may interest you.

(It's built on the UT2K3 engine).

Red Fraction is gaining momentum as THE popular WWII conversion. See planetunreal for more info.

Re: UT2K3 Total Conversions

I found AA to be too stifling. I'd prefer a more flexable mod.

Re: UT2K3 Total Conversions

Well, you could try Frag-Ops(Tac-Ops for UT2K3), not really a WW2 mod but still a good mod. There's also a true WW2 mod called Red Orchestra. I tried  RO a while back and I felt a little let down. Although a UT2K3 mod, it felt like a UT99 mod. The one thing I liked was that it was the Germans against the Russians. Try them out, tell us what you think smile

Have fun ! up

Re: UT2K3 Total Conversions

This looks like a cool one. It even has vehicles added into it. The only problem is I can't figure out how to get it to work on a Mac. sad

Re: UT2K3 Total Conversions

Red Orchestra has a ne version out V1.2.  It's much improved, but still no vehicles. As for eye candy, it's up there with the best.

Re: UT2K3 Total Conversions

2K3 and 2K4 are suppose to be backward compatible.
