Re: Why is everything interesting banned in california?
... As we all know satire is a forum of social commentary, and my signature is a piece of satire, and is such, social commentary.
Well Styer, I have no idea wherefrom you get your definition of satire. For my whole life (and the opinion of the OED) it is defined as " ... ridicule ...".
Do you therefore mean to impute that social commentary is 'de facto' ridicule?
Mind you, were you to do so, it would go a long way to explain your mind-set.Remeber telling us you don't play video games? Thats right. What do you really know? NOTHING. So shut up.
Stop stealing my signature - I demand copyright monies!
Digi-J has prior artwork on that one
But what do you care now that you stole it, right?

Just like back in Saigon! Eh, slick?

Re: Why is everything interesting banned in california?
i dont want to waste time posting in a thread that will eventually get deleted.
It won't be deleted, it'll be moved to mod squad.
Except now that I've said that, it can't happen.

Is your point that the 9th circuit is into overturning rulings that hurt big business or the music industry? Perhaps you point is that you feel the 9th overturns a lot of things...I'm sure FOX news keeps you abreast of all their activities, right?

Coming from you, I wouldn't assume that it was...
So your point is that the 9th "overturns" a lot of things...disregarding the fact that this specific case is not at all indicative of the type of decisions they are assumed to make, stereotypically.
Right?
