(...although I think you're padding things by stating the windchill rather than the actual temp...)
Ah, but were you outside when you posted?
I always go by wind chill and heat index because unlike a thermometer, I am rarely in a shaded, sheltered spot when out of doors.
Oh, and ignore the flatlander; he drank some bad water in Proctor once and hasn't been the same since.

Tonight
Skies increasing to partly cloudy skies. Lows 16 to 21 below zero. Northwest winds 12 to 22 mph...decreasing to 8 to 15 mph. Wind chill values 25 to 45 below zero.

Our school already has a 2 hour delay tomorrow because of the wind chill. 
Right now the wind chill is at -18 F. (reg temp is 0).

What's not to get? When you have freezing and below zero temps, even the criminals don't want to go outside, thereby reducing the crime rate.

I don't think I can take it anymore. I know I am not in the coldest part of the country, but I just got into work from my hour bus ride with no heat, then walked 1/4 mile in -2 degree weather, stopping once for a large hazelnut, milk, two sugars. I have been in here for 15 minutes and the feeling is just now coming back to my feet. :!:
