I definitely like them a little green. I don't like mushy bananas, which is how I find most bananas to end up by the time they're 'ripe'.

I like bananas best when they're just a couple of days past the gren stage. I like them even better without my braces on since eating bananas with braces is kinda gross, which is why I currently prefer them in fruit salads or in any other kind dish (almost any) cut up.

mmm.... I love when the bannans are green and still a bit solid. They have a grassy taste to them. yummy.

Fried banana is excellent! They can get a little mushy, but the taste is exquisite! Available now in your local Thai restraunt. smile

If I eat a plain bannana: Green all the way! But I don't like to waste things, so I mush up the ripe ones, add milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. big_smile
