Would probably be easier and cheaper, yeah. [urlhttp://www.artofwarcentral.com]AOWC[/url] also has pretty good pricing, and it gets better if we want to keep it a private server. I think they had it quoted at $7/player/month, or $4ish/private player/month.

In my past experience with UT, 10 kilobytes/sec of bandwidth for each player makes for fairly lag-free gameplay.
The server's main draw on bandwidth is uploading, so 512 kilobits / 8 bits per byte = 64 kilobytes per sec / 10 kilobytes per player = 6 players, meaning that you should probably be able to host 6 players comfortably.

Yeah, and I have a history of rearranging letters in words as I type them, since I usually look at the keyboard... certain words always get mangled, like look becomes loko and out becomes otu.
Although I guess I'm not as bad as n00bs yelling "HLEP EM!" when under seige.
