I say it really depends on the party,  and what part of the party.

Right now i'd put on something like Blur's 13,  when people are showing up early.  Not too wild,  but pretty sweet.  Then Id most likley put on some Smahsing Pumkins,  most likely Saimese Dreams.  Over the night id thow on some Mali Music,  and some stereophonics. Some musical DVDs Radioheads Seven TV Comercials, Blurs greatest hits,  DJ QBERT's Wave Twisters,  Roger Waters In the Flesh,  and of course Best Of Bowie.   When people get wasted I'd put on The Streets, and The Darkness.  When the party is really dieing out,  Id put on Damon Albarns new Solo project DemoCrazy  just because its really good,  and maybe Oasis' The Masterplan.  Also when musical dvds aren't in the DVD player,  id have surf or skiing movies playing on the tv w/o any sound.  The Endless Summer is a must,  and you should get Step Into Liquid  when it comes out.
