It seems to have become a rare commodity on eBay, auctions are going for ~$20 for the communicator alone, even though you can get the xbox communicator and headset for just under 30 at circuit city

I'm good for play most weekday evenings after about 6 or so, eastern time, but I can stay up later for you guys on the west side if need be. What works best for everyone?
edit: oh yeah, and also I'm on from time to time during the day, my schedule is very...um...flexable. Thank goodness for salary!

Well, I never see any of you guys in there. Whats the deal? Seraph sent me a clan invite so I'm in, but no one is ever around! Geeze, and you mmav, you used to give me crap all the time for not being on xbox live, come on dude!
that would be me!
i'm usually on around 8pm central if i'm on at all. i'm on a bunch of other times too, but thats pretty unpredictable. i was kind of thinking we should have a meet wednesday nights or something but then i'd only be able to make it half the time and people would laugh at me.

Yeah, its pretty stupid that they don't sell just the communicator by itself. I got suckered into bying a starter pack for 63 bucks because I needed the communicator.

i need a few more communicators too as i've got a bunch of 2.5mm headsets already. i primarily use a windup jabra headset myself. i would feel silly with all the trappings clinging around my head.
