No, but I wouldn't mind playing every once in a while.
What server do you play on? Seems like the only servers left are Beach only.

Definitely no Beach on our server - got way bored of that from the demo. We play mainly Assault, Tram and Keep, and occasionally a couple of others.
We only have a small server for 8 players, and we play Weds eves starting about 8.30-9 GMT. You're welcome to join us, either look out for the Dads Army Server or pm me for the IP.

What time is that, 1:30 am Eastern US time?
If so, that is perfect for me, considering I don't get home from work until about 1am. I'll look for your server this Wednesday.

I think that depending on the time of year (daylight saving and all that) the East is between 5-7 hours behind us, so that would make it about 2pm - 4pm.
I think.

Heehee!
I was doing the same thing for a second. But it turns out that the time falls right smack in the middle of my work day! DOH!
I'll still try and catch up with you guys sometime (like say this next week when I'm on vacation?)

Turns out that I might be able to put up a RtCW server on a beefy connection, but it would have to be password protected and would need to go down on Friday nights. If there's any interest shoot me an email.
Edit: Looks like it might not happen, I couldn't find a dedicated server only install of RtCW and I don't have the PC version.

Re: Almost 2005 and are you still playing?
? What do you mean? Cant you just create a dedicated server from the main menu?

Is this a chance to set up an ET server then? It seems a pretty busy game - busier than RTCW, but it still has the old look and feel.
Shame to waste a good server that is going begging...

Would that necessarily be a barrier? It's free and standalone, so why not DL and run whichever version of ET the server platform runs? PC, v2.55 and 2.60 client/server patch:

Thanks for the info. The server that I would use is a spare box in our datacenter at work. I'll work on getting ET installed on it today.
