Desktop thread
Since the great server crash of '04 we do not have a desktop thread. So here's my attempt at starting a new one.

Too wide, I suggest reading the rules on inline images again. (400 X 400 limit unless large image topic is arranged then images must fit within a 1024 wide browser window. -Sci

Nice all brushed metal theme.

with DesktopCalendar

Re: Desktop thread
I swear we have one of these threads already. Hmm.. I visit too many forums.
http://www.jasoco.net/data/ss/full/2004-12-16.jpg
Been a long time since I been here. And a long time since my last desktop shot. I am now on an iBook and loving it.
I have cut back from what I've had recently, but I like it.
DragThing in simplistic mode on the right.
iTunes burning my latest "On the Go" playlist for my car. (Gotta get an iPod. Save a CD Tree.)
The icons for the HD's are from IconFactory's "Epcot" set. The main HD is called Quadrangle.
The other icons are once again, BlueCurve. None better than that.
The image is just one of the random desktop images I have as usual.
The Dock is simply a Dock for running apps and minimized windows.
MenuCalender, Battery, Airport, Volume, WeatherPop Advanced, DragThing menu icon mode, PTHPasteBoard. (R.I.P.)
And again -Sci

I have a .mac account. The picture is hosted there. I just posted another picture in another thread, so there should be no problem, but the bbcode isn't cooperating for some reason, or .mac isn't.

How two batteries? I think I read something about the Pismo having two batteries, but I'm not sure.

Re: Desktop thread
The iMac Desktop
The Windows Desktop
The Linux Desktop....doesn't exist because the hard drive it was on has been taken out of the tower. At any rate, someday soon I'll get it back up. Now if I could just get my wireless adapter to work in Linux.
Everyone's a voyeurist, they're watching me watch them watch me right now.
