oh, and please forgive any wicked things you may find upon inspection. ;-)
I wish I could fit more icons (aligned neatly) on my desktop. Any way to lower the font size even more?

Re: Desktop thread
I just did this one. I was messing around with google and came across a page with a bunch of the Think Different desktop images, so I made one of my own. Plus, 'Trane rules. Srry it's not a screen shot. I just finished the actual image, google is my friend.

AYE CARUMBA! Use a damn FOLDER for James Caviezel's sake!
If I didn't know better, I'd think that was Windows what with the overuse of the desktop and totally cluttered to the point of unusability FireFox.

I need Spotlight, real bad. I've never seen a Windows machine with any more than 3 icons on their desktop, because trying to find files on Windows is a real bad job...
edit: how is firefox cluttered? I got a bookmarks bar.. oh I see, the top right.

(Click to embiggen (but don't expect too much since Photobucket prescaled the "full-size" image).)
Yes, I usually have several windows open, so no, I don't see too much of my desktop.
My work computer is about the same, except that it's an NT 5 machine.Ok could you tell me how you are seeing this site as phpbb2. like is there a choice around here or like a skin or how?
Well, that would be because I took that screenshot & posted it last December before the forum-switch.
If I took a new shot, you'd see this forum in SmooveSmoke.

It's DragThing. Three Docks. One is specially customized iTunes controlling AppleScripts accessible via key presses. (I know, I could use something like um.. Synergy or um.. one of the 30+ other iTunes controllers out there, but I save on overhead by utilizing DT which I'm using anyway.) The second is aliases to my three other Macs. And the third is just text versions of all my Home folders and other folders I use. As well as a customized "Clean off the Desktop" script someone gave me a while ago.
It's all DragThing.
