RTCW sequel?

Since we seem to have got this forum back - nice in a sentimental sort of way wink , I wondered if anyone had heard any more about the alleged RTCW sequel?

There were some shadowy comments released earlier this year that suggested it was in the early stages, and would be using the Doom 4 (I think) engine. Haven't heard anything since, but I hope they keep they humourous element of the MP in it. I love the way you can have an entire conversation using the ambiguity of the preset voice commands. It's something all the newer games seem to have lost.

Re: RTCW sequel?

Woohoo! Splash Damage made an awesome MP game with Enemy Territory. I wonder how they'll do with single player. I'm a bit sad SP is not being produced by Gray Matter Studios.
