So how does one join Clan MA?

I was wondering how someone would go about joining the ranks of Clan MA.  I have a few of the games you play, and now that I have broadband, playing online is more of a possibility.  Also, what is expected of a member of Clan MA?  Do you have to be at certain matches, and play at certain times, or can I join a game whenever I get a chance (and one is available)?  I won't be able to play all the time, but it would be nice to actually play against something other than a computer.  Oh, and I really am rusty at multiplayer games right now.  The last time I had a LAN party was 5 years ago with some friends in high school. blush

expectations?  in Clan MA?  hahaha oh man thats rich!  wink  but seriously, anyone that wants to join can join, pretty much, and you have no obligation to do anything.   So welcome.

Ok, go back to hiding under the bridge you scavengers tongue.

Anyways, no $$ needed, specially not for those 2 wink tongue. Just goto the Division you'd like to play with and see when or where they play. Introduce yourself or sign up, talk to some of the folk. Some have their own servers and such. General rule is don't be a jerk. Not much is expected of you, just play when you can. Its cool if the dreadded real life catches up to you. It happens to even the best of us.

Sometimes there are scheduled tournaments. If there is, we usually try to set them up so most ppl can participate.

For example. the Halo Div shares a server with [some other game]. Many contributed, Levi and I co-designed it, he built and admins it on his bandwidth.

I see that the other [MA] forums are open now.  In the old PHPBB forums, they seemed to be locked because when I clicked on them I was told that I needed to be a member of the clan to open the forum....oh, well.  I currently have UT 99, RTCW, Halo, Medal of Honor, and Warcraft II and III.  Here's to some good fragin'!!  smile

We started out as a UT'99 clan. Times have changed as well as the games we play. Not many play UT'99 any more. A few but not like the glory days. With the OSX client in beta maybe there will be a revival.

If you're looking for some sort of Unreal action then 2K4 is where it's at. I host the UT2K4/Halo server. See my sig for details. The Unreal side is open to all, the Halo side is private. Email Bat, Icky or myself for the password.
