Honestly, to achieve what you're looking for, use frames. Slarti's right, just stuck in 1998. Since you're using GET instead of POST, frames are just another layer of bad coding and usability and only add a percentage of evil. Maybe just a half a finger.
It's bad usability, breaks bookmarks, blah-de-blah... but if you wanted to do it right, you'd have used POST in the first place.
