All I did was a quick brightness/contrast job, kudos must still be given to helix7 for the original (a nice, simple yet effective design, I reckon.)

Yo, I dig it... reminds me of the old Macromedia logos and stuff, always white on purple and usually had something fading out while repeating...
(I know that it is the new Status wheel thing...)
Anyway, check out the Desktop Picture Forum here at MA, they would appreciate your work there too... I have a favorite desktop there that I found and then my own copies of it...
and Reg_User, I almost did the same thing! I too am suprised no one has done it...
