I downloaded it to try it out and was sorely disappointed. Duality blows the pants off it.
I think that since it just came out like two days ago that there probably arent any 3rd party themes.
to run OS X, you gotta mount your computer on it.

Conundrum seems to have disappeared, and Duality with it.
I wasn't aware that Xpression would do anything other than change your icons, almost the same as CandyBar, only more expensive. As far as I know it isn't a theme changing tool. I haven't tried it because I can do the same thing with a shell script for free.
If you want to change the whole look of OS X, I would suggest the free ThemeChange. Early Alpha but it works with .dlta files.
