Autopsy

I just looked back in history and someone locked all the Terry Schiavo threads, including the 95-pager that was ongoing... if someone wants to move this someplace feel free but it is new information...

Autopsy....

Comments?

Check out "history of trauma" statement... now she has history of starving to death as well, in addition to being beaten, presumably... trauma is both new and old according to medical examiner...

Will this change your mind on case?

Re: Autopsy

The results won't be made public for several weeks. I can't find a news source that has any information regarding the autopsy. Where'd this come from?

This was earlier bone scan that was entered in autopsy results...released today... you are right that full autopsy results will not be released until later...

Re: Autopsy

I wonder if this is going to be like when all those bloggers turned forensic typography experts went after the Bush/Rather memos.

Anyway, I'm not sure why this would change anybody's mind. If her husband beat her into whatever state she was in, then send him to jail. But the issue was over whether or not she wanted to be kept alive regardless of how she got into whatever state she was in, so I think that stays the same for most people.

Re: Autopsy

Why are people's medical records being made public?

Is that legal?

Re: Autopsy

I do not play a doctor on TV, but couldn't that document (not an autopsy) be referring to someone with a bad hip?

Jesus said to the servants, "Fill the jars with water"; so they filled them to the brim.  Then he told them, "Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet."  They did so, and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew.

Re: Autopsy

I vaguely remember something about if they were used in a court case they become public record. Beats me if they were used. If they were used, the judge looked at them and apparently didn't agree with campy.

Re: Autopsy

When the autopsy is done, and if they have a case, then the parents will take Mikey to court. If they don't, we probibly wont hear much of it again. If they do, then the actual autopsy papers will be plastered all over Entertainment Tonight (which I think is very odd in the bad sort of way).

Re: Autopsy

I think CD has decided that her husband beat her and is responsible for the trauma identified in that report. At the least, CD has decided that she was beaten.

You know the drill.

Disseminate as much easily interpreted misinformation as possible, especially prior to the a revelation of truth. By the time the truth comes out, everyone is over it already. The misinformation becomes the only information they were exposed to before they stopped caring.

Re: Autopsy

...There are certain items of confidential information, which, whilst in theory they might be susceptible to innocent interpretation, do nevertheless contain a sufficient element of, shall we say, ambiguity, so that were they to be presented in a less than generous manner, to an uncharitable mind, they might be considered a source of considerable embarrassment and even conceivably hazard, were they to impinge upon the deliberations of an office of more than usual sensitivity.

Re: Autopsy

Does this paper even state when any of these trauma's actually occured? Hell maybe she was just an clumsy kid who got hurt a bunch. To me this does not show that Mike beat her, hell I wonder if they did a bone scan on me could I prove that I was beaten by my wife?

Re: Autopsy

The report speculates that the trauma may be the result of bone or blood disease. Apart from that, it doesn't specify the source of the trauma.

Re: Autopsy

Wouldn't it be ironic if it comes out Daddy dearest broke all those bones.

I was so depressed last night thinking about the economy, wars, jobs, my savings, Social Security, retirement funds, etc., I called the Suicide Lifeline. I got a call center in Pakistan, and when I told them I was suicidal, they got all excited, and asked if I could drive a truck.
