how to use sniper scope
Does anyone know how to use the sniper scope in RTCW? I can use the binoculars but have never been able to figure out how to use the scope. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...

Thanks. I haven't changed any default settings but Z doesn't do anything. Do you know what it's called in the settings? Thanks....!

Options --> Shoot --> Switch to Alternate (Use Scope) - I see what you mean, it's not exactly obvious 
Just a thought - the above will work on RTCW, but if it's ET you're talking about, you don't have zoom on any weapon exept scoped ones. Hope that helps.

AWESOME!!! I've actually gone through the whole game and finished it but never got the scope working. The default was the '/' but when I set 'Z' as an alternative... IT WORKED! Haha! Thanks muchly

I think sniping was only *essential* on the mission with the snooper rifle. Otherwise it was just fun to pick off people with it instead of running up to them with an MP40.

I jast have a mouse with a scroll button, it works well, you can zoom in and out fast and don't have to fummbel with buttons.
