Is there a website with a list of all FREE wireless internet "hot spots"/ accesspoints using 802.11b or 802.11g? Thanks

That depends where you live I suppose...  Try near a coffe shop.  Especially Starbucks.

Starbucks is not free.  It's $20-30/month

Also try www.nycwireless.net .  There are links to places with free wireless outside of NYC.
