no cd thing for pc?

I'm am not sure of a no CD for PC fix. Try sites like www.ghostrecon.net which deal more in PC files. If they don't have it in their downloads section then there should be a note somewhere on that site where its mentioned.
Sorry i'm not more help. I got a PC and all but i've just never had the chance to look into this for the PC side.
