Tecumseh?
Is the curse really broken?
I'm not wishing ill-will on the guy, but ya gotta wonder.

I'd rather not see the man die...perhaps he'll only be maimed...

Re: Tecumseh?
Old news. Ronnie broke the curse.
Then again, he has (and had) Alzheimer's, which is a kind of living death. So is the curse still alive?
Nah.

Re: Tecumseh?
I generally don't believe in curses.
The methods of science are manifestly effective, having made massive humanitarian contributions to society. It is this very effectiveness which the purveyors of mystical philosophies attack, because they recognise in it the chief threat to the belief-based source of their power and financial reward. -Harry Kroto, Nobel Laureate

Re: Tecumseh?
If the curse is meant to be that the president dies in office, then clearly Reagan broke it. But I've always heard that the zero-factor includes assassination attempts (successful or otherwise), in which case, Reagan fulfills it, and so too might GWB if we include 9/11 (allegedly one of the planes was somehow supposed to find and crash into him somehow).

faulty curse if regan didn't die.

Re: Tecumseh?
The failed assassination attempt on Reagan suggests that the curse is waning. Perhaps Bush has nothing to be afraid of, now that the pretzel incident is behind him of course.
