IE can't handle .png?
I haven't run into this before, but IE wont load .png files for me. I thought it was working fine, but I'm tinkering with a .png file, and IE 5.2 asks me what to do with it. It gives me the dialog about not knowing how to handle the file/MIME type.
Is there something that I'm not doing right?

Re: IE can't handle .png?
IE handles png's, but not all alone. If you whip up a quick html file and put the png in there, it will display just fine.

Re: IE can't handle .png?
How bizarre. I'll try that again. I just gave it a whirl on my work machine (IE 5.0, OS9) and it had no problems, though it did access the quicktime plug in. Maybe I need to be sure that the QT plugin is installed on my other Mac.

Re: IE can't handle .png?
Would that be my .png file by any chance?
I sent it to you in .png because with .gif, the blur effect looked terrible. And as we all know, JPEG can't handle transparency. As I said, have fun!
