ET Pub 0.52

I noticed Altivec has set up 0.52 on the MA server - I added it to ours because it was meant to be similar to Shrubmod for RTCW. Couple of things I wondered though:

1) Stats - not as good as the old shrub mod, but to be fair, I only played 1 map on my own, so it's hard to tell if it's any good or not. Can anyone tell me what stats are displayed, and if there is any configurability to it - it all just looked default to me?

2) I noticed a small problem on Tram, where I couldn't pick up the docs. This was the only map I played so it may be a one off, but if not I need to know what to do about it? It was ok once I respawned, but I couldn't get them first time.

3) Any other advice welcome smile

4) Any joy on that client side bug fix Altivec?

Thanks.

Re: ET Pub 0.52

1)  The only real stats with etpub is the /killratings as far as I know.
2)  Dunno if it was related to the mod or not, if you can reproduce it I would contact the authors.
3)  If you want a copy of my .cfg, let me know.
4)  Probably sometime this weekend.

Re: ET Pub 0.52

Thanks Altivec smile

1) That's a shame - always used to like the old shrub stats, especially the "most deaths"/
2) It hasn't happened since, so it must have been a glitch somewhere - mod is working quite nicely.
3) Thanks for the offer, but I think I'm sorted now - any tweaks will be up to the guys and gal to vote on.
4) I downloaded it, but I'm not entirely sure what you're meant to do with it - the d/l just gives you a client .pk3, so I chucked it in my main folder - can't say I noticed anything, but if it is just bug fixing, that's probably a good thing wink

The only thing I'm not keen on so far is that the spawn times you specify on the individual map cfg's seems to override any changes made by capturing / losing a control point (can't remember what they are called) - so if you construct the control point, you get a message saying that allied spawn time is now X and axis spawn time is now Y, but it remains at the default you set it at. NOt that it worries us too much - we like nice short spawn times, since we're not the most talented bunch of players big_smile
