It's amazing what you can find when you do a search by username on google. eek

Unless the username is a common name for something else.

Not everyone wants their full name advertised. Especially since i've seen at least in one case where one forum goer did a search on another user and has held that info over their head, or so i heard.

I think that was iHateMe who got info on a troll member and then called them, recorded it and then posted the conversation? It was a long, long time ago so I'm not sure.

Yup, and it was me that it happened to. I was the one researched.  And the people who did it are still here too...

Ok, there's been 2 instances.

It wouldn't have been to hard for this to happen to Cyber, I think he posted his resume once that included his real phone number.

Actually, I had my name in it, I didn't have the phone number... And I didn't post it, someone here posted it.

I could have sworn it did. I distinctly remember asking you if I could give you a call and you said to "go ahead". I'm not a dick in that sense and never did. Maybe it wasn't your real number and you just said it was? shrug

Close, there's the middle school in Penfield.  You're off of my house by about 4 or 5 miles though.
The only one you couldn't have really figured out from MAF, and you screwed it up.  Not as easy as you thought. wink

Re: The excitment of today

It's always fun to watch a n00b get angry at tito, because, quite frankly, word-for-word, pound-for-pound... he hurts them. My god he hurts them.
